FIESA: Revitalization project of Maona — Fiesa includes a proposal for the design of a modern tourist complex with a diverse range of accommodation and support offerings.
The area, comprising land size of 6,995 sqm, is located only 1.3 km from the coast in Fiesa. At the same time the area is located just 1 km from Tartini Square, Piran.
The area is intended as Mediterranean garden, in which are placed each of the facilities. The design maintains the existing position of buildings and their basic building outlines, but proposes replacement building in modern assembly techniques. Older villa is provided to retain the base part which is built of high-quality stone. There is planned the replacement of facilities and construction of additional facilities in the same typology along the western edge of the plot and in its northern part.
The design maintains the existing access and imports to the area below, which is provided for parking lot, which satisfies the needs of the entire complex. Directly above and below the parking area is located subarea E, with the smallest units in the holiday park and underneath the subarea A, which includes an old villa with a new wing. Villa represents the heart of the area, with boutique hotels, catering, swimming pool and a central reception area of the entire complex. The remainder of the area are groups of bungalows of different capacities. In the lower part are stretching the park, playground and pavilion for festive events.
Land is fully exploited, while sealing typology allows both intimacy and individuality as a space for socializing and entertainment. Modern and comfortable design of the bungalows in harmony with the natural environment meets the new trends in tourism.
