Trojane — A spacious 4-bedroom family house in the village centre
- Bedrooms4
Partly renovated family house was built in 1913.
The house is located on a square shaped plot with 485 m² and combines three floors, altogether more than 350 m².
The terrain starts slowly to drop behind the house and it continuous through to a small meadow to the nearby forest. On the northern side of the house there is a concrete foundation where an old granary used to stand and where now a spacious parking for three to four cars is located. In 2008 the major renovation of the ground floor and the attic was completed. At the same time the facade and the roof were fully renewed.
The house is located in the centre of small village offering nice views on green landscapes on the one side and the traditional small church on the other. It will take only approx. 15 min drive to Celje and 25 min to Ljubljana.
The basement is kept in its original condition with 60cm thick walls and is used as a storage. One of the six spaces is used as a boiler room where the stove for central heating on biomass fuel is located.
Ground floor represents approximately 130 m², 2-bedroom renovated apartment. Rooms have a lot of light. After the entrance there is a spacious hallway that leads to the first bedroom (now room for sport and leisure) on the left a nicely decorated living room with an impressive tiled stove. Next to the “sport room” there is a main bedroom and on the opposite side you will find the entry to the large kitchen with dining area which is also connected with the living room. From the dining area there is access to the nicely decorated bathroom. The living room connects an additional spacious (over 50 m²) room that still needs to be renovated. It can be renovated into even larger living room, additional independent studio with its own balcony, etc. At the end of the hallway there is access to the balcony and the stairs on the right side which lead to the attic.
The Attic is also mostly renovated, offering a small home office (11 m²), spacious bedroom (children's room, 37 m²) and two additional rooms (35 m² and 50 m²) that still needs to be renovated.
This house offers great potential for larger families that are looking for a quiet suburb life in greenery but yet good transit connections.
