In the courtyard of the villa there is a secure parking.
The well-kept area of the villa is planted with Mediterranean plants: lavender, oregano, rosemary, sage, mint and olive trees. The garden has a large 12x6 m pool, with a cross flow and a sea salt filtration system (without aggressive chlorine). Next to the pool is a summer kitchen with all the necessary equipment, built into a stone worktop, and with a traditional fireplace.
On the ground floor there is a modern living room with a fireplace. The living room has a leather Chesterfield sofa and the dining area has a large mahogany dining table.
The modern kitchen is equipped with Miele appliances. Behind the large kitchen is another small kitchen for everyday use.
On the second floor there is a separate guest bathroom, a bedroom and a bathroom, a terrace.
The relaxation area consists of a hot tub, infrared sauna, Finnish sauna, shower and TV.
A wide stone staircase leads to the gallery, which houses a library and a television room with surround sound system, DVD player and plasma TV. It also has a modern bedroom with garden views.
The master bedroom has its own large bathroom and dressing room, as well as access to a terrace with views of the forest, the old town of Buje, the sea and the Italian Alps. Another double bedroom opens onto another terrace overlooking the garden.
