The villa is conveniently located with the fast access to the high-speed road in only 5 minutes to get to Marbella, and in 10 minutes — to glamourous Puerto Banus, in 35 minutes — to the airport of Malaga.

The inner space

The villa consists of 2 floors and a cellar. Here 8 adults can accommodate (in 4 bedrooms there are 3 double beds and 2 individual beds). On the first floor there is a spacious modern style living room with a fireplace and an exit to a huge terrace, the pool, the kitchen, the bathroom, the sauna with wet and dry steam. At the socle level there is 1 bedroom with the bathing en-suite. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms with bathing en-suite and with terraces. Amazing views of the sea open from each bedroom. 

Equipment

The villa has the Shindler brand elevator. In salon and in three bedrooms there are TVs with satellite television with the Russian channels. Also there is a media player and the audio system on a terrace, a kitchen and in the main bedroom. In the house the is the system of temperature control: in each room it is possible to establish independently desirable air temperature, in bathrooms — the warmed floor. All windows are equipped electric roll-down shutters. The villa is under protection of the private company and has the alarm system. There is a telephone line and WIFI.
