Welcome to this spectacularly luxurous villa on the outskirts of Manacor. It is prepared for 14 persons, with possibility to sleep upto 18.

The outside area is marvellous: it counts with spatious green areas, a 10mx4m chlorine pool (which steeps up from 1,20m-1,80m), 16 sun beds, 2 Balinese beds and a huge porch with a large dining table and a barbeque, from which to enjoy the magnificent nature views.

This 511 m² villa is distributed over 2 floors. There are 7 bedrooms: 3 on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor. All bedrooms have two individual beds each and count with air conditioning, satellite TV, mini bar, safe and an en-suite bathroom with shower and hydro-massage bathtub; except 1 bedroom which counts with a shower only. There is a possibility to prepare 4 extra, individual folding beds or a sofa-couch. Additionally, on request, there are 4 baby beds available. There is one guest toilet for general use, on the ground floor.

The living- and dining room with kitchenette is very cosy and modern. It counts with 5 sofas, 2 tables, 1 satellite TV and air conditioning. The kitchenette works with a hob and counts with all necessary utensils to cook a perfect family dinner. There is a large dining table and a satellite TV. There is a washing machine available, as well as an iron and ironing board. The villa counts with central heating throughout the whole house.

The villa is situated at 3,5km from the city of Manacor, where you will find everything you need during your stay. The coves of Cala Magraner and Calas de Mallorca are about 12km away. These coves with fine sand are perfect to spend the day at the beach. In the different coves of the area, you will find tourist boats that take you to visit the entire eastern part of the island. The authentic, small harbour of Portocolom and the Natural Parc Mondragó are also worth a visit.

The nearby caves ”Cuevas del Drach“, in Porto Cristo, are without doubt one of the island's most outstanding tourist attractions, extending for almost 1200 metres and including internal heights of 25 metres above the cave floor. Hidden within the caves is Lake Martel, considered to be one of the largest subterranean lakes in the world. The 1,2km tour takes around one hour and includes a classical music concert and a boat trip on the lake, afterwards.

Pets are welcome.
