A 400 m² -sized house is distributed over 2 floors and features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (a twin on the ground floor and two double and a twin on the first floor). A crib and a high chair can be provided upon request. Beside an ensuite bathroom, there are two more bathrooms on the ground floor.
A cozy living-dining-kitchen room is modern and light and is a perfect place to rest on the one of two sofas after a hot day or to watch a satellite television. For colder months you have a wooden oven. A fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all necessary kitchenware needed to prepare a delicious meal. In the kitchen there is a dining corner. You will find also a washing machine, a drier, iron and an ironing board.
The house is located in a perfect place on the outskirts of Pollensa near the Tramuntana Mountains which offers a great variety of leisure activities. First, it is a quiet area and you will be able to relax without being disturbed. At the same time Pollensa town offers all kinds of amenities needed during the vacation. Here you can visit Calvari Mountain with its 365 steps and walk along narrow streets. In this area you can do senderism, go to excursions or cicle. The nearest sandy beach is in Port Pollensa. Other coves like Cala Bóquer, Cala de Sant Vicenç, Formentor or la playa d ’Escorca are worth being visited.
