A traditional Catalan villa built in 1889 is located in a fully fenced territory of 12,150 m² with an access to a garden, a forest and a parking for several vehicles. The three-storey property of 720 m² was rehabilitated in 1939 by a French industrialist, in compliance with the standards while introducing French-style decorative details. On the right side of the access road to the house, flanked by ancient cypress trees, there is a small oak forest, and on the left you can find the orchards and the stables. To the east of the property there are eucalyptus trees and ancient pines. At the back of the house there is a garage, a traditional old laundry. 


The house includes two side galleries with a veranda type enclosure or a winter garden, a warehouse, a garage and a cellar. 

The ground floor consists of a spacious hall with large arched doors, a fully equipped large library decorated with neoclassic fresco paintings, a bright living room, a kitchen, a guest bedroom and stairs to the upper floors. 

On the first floor there is a double hall that leads to different bedrooms from which you access the side galleries. It has three large bedrooms with bathrooms and three double bedrooms with an access to a full bathroom. 

On the second floor you can find a service area. 


The building is located 500 meters from the exit to a new highway linking Lleida and Tarragona, and also connecting the property with hotels and resorts of Salou, Cambrils and Port Aventura. Barcelona and El Prat airport are about an hour and 15 minutes by direct motorway.
