Costa Brava is the favourite place for Salvador Dali fans, the great Catalan painter of the 20th century. You can visit three museums of great Dali: the museum-theatre (Figueres), his home in Port Lligat (Cadaques) and the castle of his Russian wife Gala (Pubol).
On the Costa Brava there is the town of Peralada where the international classical and modern music festival is held every summer.
