The 1946 building has a marble entrance hall, well preserved, without stairs leading to the lift.
It is close to Avda. Gaudí, a pedestrian boulevard, connecting the Sagrada Familia cathedral to Santa Creu i Sant Pau hospital, designed by the modernist architect Lluis Domenech i Muntaner. It is currently used as a site for exhibitions and concerts, not to mention that the pavilions and gardens’ area is open to visitors. It is also close to Paseo de Sant Joan, a boulevard with plenty of shops.
Well connected by metro (L5 — Sagrada Familia, L4 – Joanich), and bus lines (20, 45, 47, H8, N4).
Provided with all urban amenities, such as supermarkets and all kind of equipment (hospitals, schools, etc.).
