This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is situated in els poblets, which is home to a whole host of shops, bars restaurants as well as all local amenities and just a short 850m stroll to the beautiful blue-flagged beaches. we enter the property on the ground floor. we are greeted by an entrance hallway, which leads us to spacious open plan fitted galley kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances, a living/dining area with a fireplace and feature chimney. this area has access to an outdoor enclosed terrace area which is currently used as a second living space. here we have a triple aspect 180° garden and pool views as well as access to the pool area through the patio doors. leading off the hallway we have two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. both bedrooms look out onto the garden. finally this floor benefits from a family bathroom as well as a family shower room. continuing on up the internal staircase of the property we find the third spacious bedroom. this bedroom is currently being used as a study and workspace. outside we have an impressive 8×4m private south facing swimming pool with an outdoor shower, a bbq area and a large enclosed naya by the pool. the terrace area encircles the villa so there is plenty of space where you can enjoy the all-day sunshine and entertain your guests. the plot is split into various areas which include south facing private gardens which have been landscaped mediterranean style with a variety of plants and trees. this property also benefits from a gated entrance, ceramic tiles, a wood burner and a garage that has ample storage space. there is also a laundry storage area beside the pool we think – “this property will make a fantastic family home and has so much space for all your family and friends to visit. this is truly a unique property and has to be seen to be fully appreciated. in an excellent location as you are just a 5-minute stroll to the beach. ” only a 10 minute drive from denia and its 9km of beautiful beaches you will find a host of restaurants to choose from including beach bars and water sport facilities that open in the peak seasons of spring, summer and the beginning of autumn. denia is one of the more livelier towns of the north costa blanca which is busy all year round. the town centre with a great selection of fashion boutiques, shops, cafes and restaurants becomes pedestrianised in the early evenings and the restaurant tables spill out into the street giving it a party feel. the port of denia is fantastic if you fancy a trip to the balearic islands such as ibiza or mallorca. there are many fine dining restaurants as well as cobbled streets full of tapas bars and restaurants which ensure you will never run out of choice. a great place to come and live or have a holiday. private poolprivate gardenair conditioningfurnishedoff road parkingprivate garagebroadbandfitted kitchenopenfire

      FAQs

      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.

      • Can I obtain income from a seaside apartment?

Yes. You can use the purchased property yourself for holidays and lease it to tourists for the rest of the time. To avoid the hassle of finding tenants and cleaning the property, it’s a wise idea to hire a management company to do all the work – these services usually cost about 20% of the rent. Take into account the length of the tourist season in the location you choose: in certain regions it will be easy to rent apartments out all year round, while in others it might only be possible to do so during the high season.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
