Large villa for sale in the very desirable Urbanisation El Vedat, in Torrent. This property is located within walking distance from the bars, restaurants, and the shops of El Vedat, highly regarded as one of the most desirable places to live outside of Valencia city. The urbanisation is'Urbano', which means that the urbanisation has good roads, pavements, and street lighting. Another advantage is that you are adjacent to the El Vedat forest area which is a lovely place to go or to enjoy a walk. Torrent also has a mainline metro station taking you in and out of Valencia city every 5 minutes throughout the day. This property could be your very own piece of Valencia real estate which has been used and is a fully registered and licensed holiday rental villa. The property generates 30.000 Euros per year from this venture with legal accounts to justify and prove this to any potential property investor/buyer should they wish to continue with this side of the business. Alternatively, it is a large family home capable of sleeping 14 people with 6 double bedrooms. You enter the villa from the road level with a driveway taking you to the front of the property. There is a covered terrace before entering into an impressive central reception hallway complete with large fitted cupboards for the storage of coats and shoes. Here on this first-floor entrance, you have the six double bedrooms (2 have their own'open plan' style en-suite shower rooms). Then you have a separate family bathroom with a large corner bath. There are oil central heating radiators in every room of the villa. Passing down the wide marble floor staircase to the ground floor you have another bathroom with a shower over the bath. Then there is the large lounge/dining room to the left and the kitchen/dining room to the right. Both of these spacious rooms have patio doors opening to the large 60m² terrace overlooking the gardens and the swimming pool. This large terrace has an awning that can extend to give you shade when required. The lounge/dining room has hot/cold air conditioning and the kitchen/diner has an indoor barbecue and independent utility area. The swimming pool is 7m x 4m and it is tiled complete with pool lights and a filter and pump system. Within the gardens, you have a separate building that is your outside kitchen. In the underbuild area of the lounge terrace, you have an equally large covered terrace area where the owners have placed a table tennis table. Next to this, you have a storeroom which is where the oil deposit tank and boiler for the central heating are located. Valencia real estate with rental potential.

      FAQs

      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
