Between Tres Torres and Galvany, very close to Turo Parc, we find this beautiful building with three private elevators that give access to a house per floor. The property is distributed on two floors and has two entrances, the main one and the service one. On the first floor there is a spacious living-dining room with access to a large L-shaped terrace, kitchen and service area. Currently distributed in four double bedrooms and a large master suite with dressing room, three bathrooms finished in marble. On the second floor there is a multipurpose studio, currently a library, a large bathroom with jacuzzi and access to an attic used as storage space. A beautiful covered wooden terrace with a small lounge bar and chill-out area with hammocks and shower. Two parking spaces and a storage room included in the price. The district of the Tres Torres is located in the high zone of Barcelona between Sarrià, La Bonanova and Sant Gervasi. It has three areas that are distinguished from each other: The high part, above the Via Augusta; Nena Casas, between Via Augusta and Ronda del General Mitre; and the area of Can Ràbia, below the Rda General Mitre. It is an elitist, elegant, quiet, luxurious and clean residential neighborhood mainly made up of spacious and comfortable luxury apartment blocks. They usually have several rooms, large living rooms, kitchens, gardens and terraces. Its buildings have all the comforts as services of doorman, gardener, communal areas, swimming pool, gym and children's areas. You can also find a few towers or luxurious or modest villas from the 20th century. The price of the properties is high according to the high level of the residents of the neighborhood. Its streets are very quiet, wide and tree-lined. Unlike other neighborhoods, its slums are not crowded with stores. The commercial activity is concentrated in the Mercado de las Tres Torres, El Corte Inglés and the Illa Diagonal, as well as exclusive stores and offices towards the Avenida Diagonal. There are exclusive medical centers and private schools worthy of the second highest per capita income neighborhood in the city, only behind the Pedralbes neighborhood. It is connected by several bus lines and the Ferrocarril de la Generalitat. The Three Towers neighborhood is your ideal neighborhood if you want to live in one of the most prestigious areas of the city, in a relatively modern, fairly quiet and safe neighborhood. If you are looking for a luxury, elegant and exclusive property in accordance with your lifestyle, space needs and comfort with all the necessary services.

      FAQs
      • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers. You can learn about the mortgage terms in your preferred country by contacting Tranio’s local agents.

      • How does the purchase procedure work?

The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Turkey passport by buying a property worth at least $400,000.

      • How does Tranio make money if your service is free for the clients?

We share the commission, which the buyer or the seller (depending on the country) pays to our partners — foreign real estate agencies. The price of this service is the same as if you contacted the agency directly — this is an important condition and applies to all of our partnership agreements.

      • Who guarantees the transaction security?

The transaction security is guaranteed by the notary who draws up the sales agreement and checks the information on the previous and current owners of the property, any outstanding restrictions, mortgage, and third-party encumbrances. Tranio is not responsible for the parties involved in the transaction.
