The interior of the accommodation consists of a living room with satellite TV and internet, a kitchen equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker. Nespresso? €?, electric kettle, toaster and washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. 3 rooms (2 rooms with double bed and 1 room with a single bed), 2 bathrooms, a large terrace (solarium) on the roof with access from the rooms with sun loungers, umbrella and garden lounge. Outside, it has a small terrace with garden table and chairs that allows you to enter the entrance porch and a parking space in the residence right next to the house. The residence is safe and private through an electric gate at the entrance. From the solarium, you will have a view of the residence pool specially reserved for owners and renters. The comfort of the accommodation allows you to spend an excellent holiday in Spain with your family or friends. The holiday home is located in the Villamartín district, near the Zénia Boulevard shopping center (2 km) and near the Zénia beach (3 km) and the frequent beaches of the region. It is an excellent place to enjoy the sea, the multiple golf courses and all the facilities and services (shops, bars, restaurants, banks, etc.). The center of Torrevieja is 6 km away, Alicante airport 60 km away and Murcia airport 50 km away. No pets allowed. The accommodation is rented with bed linen and bath towels. Possibility of having a cot and a child seat. Price per week Low season (November to March) € 600 per week Mid season (April, May, June, September and October) € 700 per week High season (July and August) € 900 per week. Mandatory deposit of € 300 refundable within 8 days after the end of the stay.       • Can I get a mortgage abroad?

        It depends on the country. For example, German banks willingly offer mortgages to foreigners at 1.5-2 % per annum with LTV up to 70%. Spain offers less favourable terms: the minimum rate for foreigners is 2.5% per annum. The situation is different in Greece: although the law does not prohibit banks from issuing loans, in practice, Greek banks don’t issue loans to local nor foreign property buyers.       • How does the purchase procedure work?

        The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition. After that, all parties sign the sales agreement and the notary registers the transaction. As a rule, the purchase registration costs amount to approximately 10% of the property price.

      • Can a residence permit be obtained by buying property?

        In some countries it is possible. Residence-for-property purchase programmes are known as Golden Visas programmes. Greece, Spain, Latvia, and Portugal offer the most popular Golden Visas in Europe. The Greek residence permit is the cheapest and can be obtained by buying a property worth at least €250,000, while organising all of the documents costs about €19,000. Certain countries offer citizenship to property buyers — for example, an investor can get their hands on a Cypriot passport by buying a property worth at least €2M.
