Portocolom, located on the southeast of the island of Mallorca around 60 km from Palma de Mallorca, is a quiet fishing harbour and the refuge of countless boats that seek out its crystalline waters. This picturesque town is one of the largest natural harbours on the island, a key destination for anyone searching for the charm of a traditional fishing village, the appeal of a fishing harbour. Sa Punta is an estate located within the township of Felanitx, to the north of Portocolom, the largest and most sheltered natural port on Mallorca on the southeast coast of the island. The estate measures 238 hectares and stretches for around 1,300 metres along the island’s eastern coastline. Just like any Mallorcan possessió, or rural estate, much of the land around 30% was used for farming, primarily almonds and grains. The rest of the property was covered by the usual vegetation in the region. The buildings cover around 2,100 m², along with other minor outbuildings used for farming, which measure a total of 300 m². Sa Punta encompasses more than one kilometre of coastline totally devoid of roads or buildings, a rare occurrence on the island. The stretch that is the home to sa Punta features cliffs measuring at most 32 metres tall. 304102
