The living room is a gift to the eye, its large windows show a panoramic view of the ocean, relaxing and unbeatable. The terrace on this floor provides spectacular views, on the side we have access to the private heated swimming pool, with a space for sun loungers and tables. It is a relaxing area that enjoys privacy and silence.

Upstairs is the kitchen with direct access to another terrace similar to the one on the ground floor with the same views of the ocean. A large living-dining room, with glass doors and access to the terrace and a small toilet. On this floor the terrace has a space with barbecue ideal for gatherings with friends.
