The villa was created according to an individual design project in 2013. For the convenience of the owners, a separate studio apartment was created, equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom, designed for staff or guests of the villa. Also on the basement floor there is a cozy home cinema, a specially equipped wine cellar, a garage, a workshop, storerooms and utility rooms. Other features of the villa that make your stay as comfortable as possible include the presence of high-speed Internet, satellite TV, underfloor heating and the ability to listen to music in each of the rooms and outside the house. The space around the house reflects the overall spirit of the villa: carefully planted trees and a spacious grassy lawn with automatic watering add an element of comfort and natural freshness.
