Interior
The house has an open-plan living room overlooking the pool and the ocean, an office, a laundry room, a storage room, a kitchen, six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a steam room, an office and a room for staff.
Equipment
Used materials: concrete, wood, steel and glass. There are no decorations here. The focus is on space, not on materials.
The interior has a lot of wooden elements: sofas, chairs, tables, stools, beds. Thai hardwood called Mai-Teng was used. Furniture resembles the style of the 50s and 60s. The villa is fully furnished, there is Wi-Fi.
Location and nearby infrastructure
The villa is located in the area of Talig Nam on Samui, close to shops, restaurants and local amenities, about 30 minutes drive from the airport.
