Two comfortable villas (one villa with furniture and one without furniture) overlooking the tropical island and the sea were built in 2016 by a professional team with 10 years of experience.
They are built as a duplex pair. The houses are built side by side using double-layer bricks (white), which provides excellent sound insulation. Each house has a remote gate for access to the car and a separate pedestrian gate. In front of the houses there is a small courtyard, where there is a place for parking at least two cars and motorcycles. The front fence is 1.3 meters away from the actual border, which makes parking for visitors easier.
Each villa has a private pool with water tanks and a large garden. The backyard is surrounded by a 2.5 meter high concrete fence for safety.
From the side of the garages is the main entrance to the residence. Behind each garage there is a large storage room and a convenient laundry.
On the ground floor there is a large open living room with a well-equipped kitchen with mountain views, a storage room and a wine cellar on one side. Next to the living room is a guest bathroom with a wooden staircase that leads to the next level.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two of which have views of the sea and the island with a large front porch.
Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and a spacious modern bathroom. Behind them in the back of the house is a very large bedroom with views of the mountains and a bathroom.
The kitchen has a large island with an integrated dishwasher. The living room and bedrooms are equipped with the best economical air conditioning. The house has a TV, Wi-Fi, DVD and a sound system.
Along with pumps and water equipment, there is a salt water chlorination unit, pool pumps and filters.

This villa is located in the heart of Bangrak (Ghost Road) near the resort of Lanna, 5 minutes drive from the beach and 10 minutes from the city of Chaweng and the airport.
