Guaranteed income conditions:
Special offer of 7% (net of income tax) and without paying additional costs (no utility bills and no payment for maintenance and repair of housing and territory) for the first 15 years.
The first payment of Guaranteed income is made 1 year after the full payment of the cottage by the Buyer and the transfer of keys.
Buy Back Option:
Possible 10 years from the date of purchase at the original price. After 15 years, an extension of the Guaranteed Lease Agreement is possible.
The costs of paying registration tax are divided 50%-50% between the Buyer and the Seller.
In case of full payment during construction, the Buyer is paid 3.5% at the end of the year andafter completion of construction 7% annually for 15 years.
Terms of payment:
- 200,000 + 10,000 Baht-Reserve deposit and services of a lawyer
- 40% after signing the Agreement within 30 days from the date of deposit.
- 20% after the construction of infrastructure
- 20% after laying the foundation
- 10% on completion of construction
- 10% (minus deposit) after the transfer of keys
