Construction of this modern-styled villa was completed in 2006. The architect, Naga Concepts, created an innovative design that has been matched by high quality construction to produce a property that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also low on maintenance and high on longevity.

The well-considered design incorporates a perceptive use of light and space, the blending of internal and external spaces, the careful positioning of windows to ensure privacy and much more.

Outside a large deck area with sunbeds surrounds a private infinity pool. A traditional Thai sala provides seating and shade.

The master bedroom is complete with four poster bed, private sea view balcony and a stunning bathroom with a large white terrazzo bathtub. Beautiful timber floors are laid throughout the large bedroom.

The lower floors consist of three further en-suite bedrooms, although one of which is currently being used as a less formal lounge/tv room. The other two bedrooms have views across to the beach on the front of the house. All have private bathrooms with showers

On this floor is a further laundry/utility/maid’s room. Which can of course become secure storage should any buyer consider renting the property.

The property contains everything you need to move in. It comes fully furnished, with contents and equipment.

Ownership is flexible; currently via BVI structure.

Interior

Across the threshold, a small foyer awaits. In front the light, spacious and open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen. To the right, stairs up to the roomy master bedroom suite.

The heart of the property is the living area. With a comfortable lounge to one side of this light and airy space, and a more formal dining area sits in front of a very high standard fully fitted kitchen with prestige appliances. This is complemented by masses of storage along the external wall.

This space is surrounded by storey height, bi-folding glass windows which open to effortlessly merge the internal space with the outside world.

Equipment

This villa has 400 m² of built area, across four floors. The entrance is on the second highest floor, as is the two-car garage and paved driveway for a further two cars.

All of which enjoy fantastic sea views, amazing sunsets as well as the cooling ocean breezes.

This outdoor space can be enjoyed regardless of weather conditions due to the electrically operated awning that provides both shade and shelter from the elements.
