As such, it's no surprise that condo prices in Patong are generally higher than in other parts of the island. The prices of condos in Patong can vary widely depending on factors such as location, size, and amenities.

In general, condos located closer to the beach and the main tourist areas tend to be more expensive than those located further inland.
