FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE Preparation of Foundation: Vegetal soil on the land is dug 0.70cm below the foundation level, filled with coarse grained rubble stone, pressed and covered with 10 cm plane concrete layer. On the plane concrete, Pp 3000 membrane water proof material is stretched on Pp 4000 membrane to obtain two membrane layers, larger than the surface in order to cover the side walls of the raft foundation as described in latter foundation process for water proof. Membrane layers are carefully covered with mat and concrete to be protected from the latter processes. Foundation: Laboratory tested C-25 concrete is used by using raft foundation techniques depending of geological researches, appropriate to static project. In addition, concrete curtain walls are built on the foundation and between the walls are filled with blockage material, compressed and covered with plane concrete. Side walls of foundation are covered with the pre stretched Pp membrane layers under the foundation in order to provide excellent foundation water proof for the buildings so called “tanking”. Structure: Formed by columns, beams, and concrete floors used by certificated iron and C-25 concrete appropriate to static project. Internal Walls: 12.5 cm to 25 cm thick double bricks for heat and noise insulation, brown plaster and gypsum plaster on both sides, 0 VOC non flammable inside paint External Walls: 25 cm double bricks coated with 3cm eps isolation and decoration material for noise & heat insulation and very classical facade, brown plaster on outside, gypsum plaster on inside, 0 VOC (does not contain any Volatile Organic Compounds) ceramic insulated paint in natural colour combination and finish with a classical architectural form Roof: Main structural body is formed with 80mm*80mm profiled irons. Structural irons are supported with various sizes of profiled irons to conclude the structure. Structure is covered with resistible wooden panels. In between the ceiling and wooden panel, xps boards are used for heat insulation. On the wooden panel, steam stabilizer and water insulation materials are stretched, and as the uppermost section, highest quality tiles finish the roof to the highest standard.
