Konakli is visually divided into two parts. The part near the sea is considered a tourist area, where hotels, luxury residential complexes and tourist infrastructure are located. Low-rise buildings predominate here, creating a cascading landscape.

The upper part of Konakli is separated by a road and is used for agricultural land, but there are also private houses here.   • How does the purchase procedure work?

    The purchase procedure depends on the country where you buy property. Generally, after choosing a property you need to sign a preliminary agreement with the seller and carry out a due diligence of the property by checking the relevant documents and the property's technical condition.
