This New Detached Villa in Kalkan is close to the popular Kalkan Beach Park. This modern villa is in the Kisla area and enjoys beautiful sea and mountain views. It is just 5 minutes drive to the centre of the town where you will find shops, restaurants and bars. In addition, there are local doctors and dentists too.

First Floor: The first floor has one bedroom, a kitchen and living area. The bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom. This floor opens out to the garden and infinity pool. The kitchen is very modern and provides plenty of preparation and storage space. The dining table seats ten people and there is further seating outside in the Al Fresco dining area. The living area provides space to relax with the benefit of a television.

Second Floor: The second floor has three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin bedroom. All three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom leads out onto a balcony with chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the sea. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony that sits on the side of the villa and provides both sea and mountain views.

Third Floor: The third floor is where you will find the master bedroom with a spacious and modern en-suite bathroom. Both the bedroom and bathroom provide views of the sea with a wide balcony.

Basement: The basement consists of two bedrooms, one bathroom and a games room. The first bedroom is a double and the second bedroom is a twin bedroom which can be pushed together in the event of requiring a double bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Additionally, there is a games room which has a table-tennis table.

This lovely villa has its own private infinity pool which allows you to enjoy a wonderful sea view. The measurements of the pool are 13 metres x 4 metres. Complimenting the pool is a jacuzzi, fit for a relaxing day in the sun.
