Brockhampton dates back to the 17th Century and upgraded in the 1800s.
The castle for sale has two entrances and is on the ground floor. The main entrance sweeps your feet to the royal entrance on a view of large steps beautifully wide and inviting. The corridor leads you the main flat which is composed of two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and sitting room with two halls which have natural light from the roof and the side windows.
You have a great deal of natural light and also direct access to the gardens which are beautifully managed with seasonal flowers and beddings of roses, and a variety of seasonal flowers.
The sitting room features a tall Cotswold stone fireplace, elegant cornice and ornate full height windows. The main entrance door is ornate timber door leads into the building and at the back end of the property, there is yet another entrance private and quiet of which only a few flats use. Brockhampton Park has no comparison to other properties in the area in terms of its history and landscaped gardens one has to see it physically to admire the beauty and settings so my trying to sell it on paper is no justice enough.
