Dubai and Bali became Tripadvisor's top tourist destinations
Having topped the Tripadvisor rankings for the third consecutive year, Dubai has established itself as a popular holiday destination for travellers around the world by the beginning of 2024. The emirate tops the list due to a huge number of positive reviews and high ratings from millions of travellers over the past 12 months.
Tripadvisor has identified Dubai as a destination that combines modern culture and historical attractions, as well as shopping opportunities.
The island of Bali, known for its picturesque scenery, sandy beaches and dance performances, is right behind Dubai on the list. This Indonesian island took the second position in the ranking.
London, Hanoi, Rome, Paris, Paris, Cancun, Marrakech, Crete and Hoi An are also in the top 10 destinations.
