Development land – Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic
- Land area2,739 m²
We offer for sale a set of properties consisting of several plots with a total area of 2700 m². On one of the plots there is a restaurant with an area of approx. 250 m², all in a quiet environment on the outskirts of the town of Frýdek — Místek, Nové Dvory. The plots belonging to one owner are almost flat, without legal defects and are offered as a whole. In addition to the aforementioned restaurant, building documentation with a proposal and permission for the construction of an accommodation facility was previously processed on the property. However, this was not implemented. The plots are located along the link to the Frýdek – Český Těšín highway section and are also close to the train station. The existing restaurant facility has a capacity of 40 seats, it also includes a lounge and an outdoor terrace, as well as a kitchen and relevant facilities. The restaurant is equipped with technology and furniture in a defined style — a Korean restaurant. The wooden construction is original but well maintained. Frýdek-Místek is a statutory town in the district of Frýdek-Místek in the Moravian-Silesian region and is located about 16 kilometers southeast of the city of Ostrava. It is a center that today forms the natural metropolis of the so-called Laška region located in the Beskydy foothills, at the confluence of the Ostravice and Morávka rivers. This interesting town was created in the last century by the merger of the Silesian town of Frýdek, the Moravian town of Místek and three other municipalities. Today, it has approximately 55,000 inhabitants, and in the agglomeration, which also includes other municipalities, around 80,000 inhabitants. Some sections of the Ostravice River here form the historical land border of Moravia and Silesia. Today, the city is located at the international traffic intersection of the D48 and D56 highways, forms the tourist-attractive gateway to the Beskydy Mountains, and is only 25 km from the state border with Poland and 35 km from the state border with Slovakia. These properties hide great potential for further development. I look forward to presenting the properties to you.
