We only buy property in city districts where there’s a rental demand. Our local agents inspect the apartment thoroughly, estimate the cost of repairs, and negotiate the price with the seller.
Repairs are made en masse, while reliable service providers give us discounts. This allows us to make quality repairs without overpaying.
Repairs are made by trusted major construction companies. The works are carried out under agreement, the payment is made in stages by results. The whole process is controlled by Tranio on site in Greece.

We sign a bond subscription agreement and you receive a letter of allotment, which you will need to transfer the funds.
You transfer the funds (to buy bonds) to a Greek bank and pay a commission (1% of the bonds' value). You will receive the bond ownership certificate the same day.
Tranio buys, repairs, and sells property. As the work progresses, you receive reports, and upon selling the properties we repay your capital, adding 10% per annum.
