    Investment stages

    1. Enquiry

      Leave an enquiry and a Tranio manager will call you back, answer your questions, and send you information about the project.

    2. Documents

      Provide a copy of your passport, TIN, and residential address. The bank can also request documentary proof of legal origin of income.

    3. Agreement

      We sign a bond subscription agreement and you receive a letter of allotment, which you will need to transfer the funds.

    4. Transfer

      You transfer the funds (to buy bonds) to a Greek bank and pay a commission (1% of the bonds' value). You will receive the bond ownership certificate the same day.

    5. Project delivery

      Tranio buys, repairs, and sells property. As the work progresses, you receive reports, and upon selling the properties we repay your capital, adding 10% per annum.
