How to start advertising in exchange for a commission fee

  1. 1. Leave a request

    If you wish to partner with Tranio and advertise property for a transaction commission fee, you may begin by submitting a request on our website. If your company meets our requirements, we will hold a Skype conference and negotiate the terms of cooperation.

  2. 2. Signing the contract and listing your property

    You sign a partnership agreement and advertise your properties on the website. Property listings can be uploaded automatically via XML, manually via your personal account or by sending photographs and descriptions of your listings to our editorial office.

  3. 3. Working with property requests and enquiries

    Tranio's managers process incoming requests and connect you to relevant buyers. We will also send you client enquiries that match your area of expertise, price segment and location.

How to start advertising on a paid basis

  1. 1. Registration

    If you are not ready to join the Partnership Programme, you can register on the website as an individual seller.

  2. 2. Uploading listings

    You upload your listings independently via your personal account, pay for your advertisement and wait while it is moderated.

    If your listing has been created correctly, it is posted on the website within a few days.

  3. 3. Editing

    You can also choose to edit, delete and unpublish your listings.
