The property consists of five main buildings and several annexes, which were built from 1876 to 1975.
It's planned to reconstruct two buildings into a residential complex, to build two blocks of flats and a two-level parking, and also to pull down a part of the historic building.
There is a building permit.
The property is located in the federal state of Baden-Wurttemberg, in a town with a population of about 50,000 people.
Baden-Wurttemberg is a land in the south-west of Germany, on the border with France and Switzerland. The region has a developed economy and represents a local industry hub for advanced technology and scientific research.
