The hotel consists of 46 rooms and is located on a plot of 3000 sq. m. At the hotel there is a swimming pool with an area of 100 sq. m, a pool bar, a restaurant, a bar and a garage for 30 cars. The hotel consists of four levels. In the basement are a boiler (for heating throughout the hotel) and a storeroom. On the ground floor there is a reception, bar, kitchen, restaurant and 11 rooms. On the second floor there are 23 rooms and 2 storage roomsand on the third floor of there are 12 rooms and 2 storage rooms. Each room has a TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, bed (1 to 3), a sofa, a veranda and a shower room. Also, the roof has installed 30 solar panels for water heating. The hotel is in good condition, located in a quiet picturesque village, with developed infrastructure.
