The hotel is situated to the center of the southwestern part of Hungary, to few footsteps from natural thermal springs, known since the Roman empire, for the thermal baths during the whole year.
Built in 1977, with the last restructuring in 2005, the hotel develops on three floors, and occupies a surface of 2,450 m², with 51 rooms, restaurant to 100 m² with a capacity of 60 people contemporarily, a bar to 48 m², conference saloon for 50 people, two offices, a massages place, besides some local services.
The parking, only for the guests, is situated on the land of the hotel and has a capacity of 10 cars and 5 buses. Every room, is besides endowed with bathroom, refrigerator, tv and balcony.
In the future, is possible to organize a spa center, the construction of a swimming pool, a restaurant with the front on the principal street, the dependence with apartments annex, besides the installation of a photovoltaic system on the roof, that would make the structure electric self-sufficient.
The price is moderately negotiable.
