Description
Land plot with access to the beach with an area of 5 hectares and the project for the construction of a five-star club hotel with an area of 14,500 m².
The hotel will include 120 rooms and studio apartments. It is also planned to build a restaurant, bar, fitness center and outdoor pool, 115 parking spaces, 84 of which are covered.
A private beach with the area of 1,500 m² with vehicle access for disabled people.
Underground utility and technical premises are located on an area of 830 m² under the structures described above.
Price for the land plot with the project – 10,000,000 €.
Evaluation of the project on a turnkey basis — 20,000,000 €.
