The company consists of various buildings used for the production of wine and the storage of products. The wine cellar is a modern building, specifically designed to optimize production. For aging, instead, an underground cellar is used, dug into the tuff hill by a miner from the Amiata. The bottling line for wine is also located near the aging cellar. The winemaking cellar has a maximum capacity of about 800 hl, the same for aging. The sale of the estate also includes the equipment in the cellar, necessary for the proper functioning of the company. Next to the cellar there is a nice little house (about 90 m²) which houses the owners' house, consisting of a living room with dining area, kitchen, utility room, two bedrooms and bathroom. The roof of the house was completely replaced in 1989 and is still in good condition. The company covers a total area of 11.1 hectares, divided into two bodies located a short distance away on the hills of Montepulciano. The backbone of the company is certainly the vineyard (7.0 ha) registered in Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG (5.5 ha), Rosso di Montepulciano DOC (0.1 ha) and Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG (1.4 ha). The vines, all planted between 2004 and 2006, are of the Sangiovese, Canaiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. The annual wine production is around 60,000 bottles of wine, divided as follows: • Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG: 44,000 bottles (330 hl) • Chianti Colli Senesi DOCG: 14,000 bottles (105 hl) • Rosso di Montepulciano DOC: 2,000 bottles (15 hl) Then follows the olive grove (1.3 ha), consisting of about 1,000 plants (Leccino, Pendolino, Moraiolo and Frantoio cultivars) between 20 and 50 years of age that produce an excellent extra virgin olive oil.
