The facility is located in the center of Rome just 800 meters away from Piazza Argentina. It has the area of 1,500 m². Previously in this building there was a cinema. The area of the cinema hall is 800 m², the second story (a 200 m² balcony that can be increased). The remaining area approximately 500-600 m² is adapted to offices, housekeeping area, bathrooms. The heights up to the balcony is 5 meters, to the ceiling 8 meters. Needs renovation with utility systems replacement (wiring and hydraulic pipes, etc).
