This 4-star hotel nestled in the lush secular pine forest that stretches from Punta Ala to the Uccellina Mountains, an area rich in Mediterranean vegetation and located 200 m from the beach, where we find the bathing beach establishment reserved for the hotel. The hotel has 6 floors with a total of 69 rooms, for a total of 147 permanent beds and 49 additional beds.
All rooms are equipped with bathroom, balcony, air conditioning (with heat pump), telephone and TV. The hotel offers various facilities, among which are lifts, bar, restaurant, kitchen, large terrace on the swimming pool (adapted to the new rules of the Tuscany Region), gym, sauna, Turkish bath, cellars, laundry, a vault with 50/60 safe deposit boxes, accommodation for the staff and artesian well. There are 15 solar panels for the production of hot water.
Inserted in the complex there is an apartment of approx. 300 m² disposed on two floors. Occupation for the 2018 season was 71% in June, 73% in July and 92% in August. The beach has two concessions: 1 annual and 1 seasonal. On the annual concession there is the construction of the bar-restaurant with a capacity of about 120 seats (dining room, 2 verandas, bar, equipped kitchen, workshop, warehouse), masonry construction with 9 bathrooms (including 1 for the disabled), 6 showers, 42 cabins-dressing room with approximately 90 lockers of various sizes, local pharmacy, in addition to various stores, 10x5x1 mt pool (also adapted to the new regulations of the Tuscany Region).
The seasonal connection, for the installation of umbrellas, has an area of 10,160 square meters with a sea front of 80 ml for the installation of approximately 230 umbrellas. The whole structure is up to date for the reception of the disabled. There are 8 solar panels for the production of hot water and an artesian well, denounced regularly. The beach establishment located in front of the Hotel is included in sale, its surface is 814 m² of closed volumes and covered porches. It is divided into a main body and two side buildings connected by covered walkways with a swimming pool. The building is currently in good maintenance conditions thanks to the recent renovation.
