Fantastic hotel located in the Florentine hills, enjoying wonderful views and excellent privacy. The main farmhouse (600 m², 10 bedrooms and 15 bathrooms) is divided over three floors:
Ground floor: large restaurant with professional kitchen, bar and pantry, common lounges for guests and five bathrooms;
First floor: nine bedrooms with private bathroom;
Second floor: bedroom with private bathroom in the farmhouse tower.
The building is in excellent structural condition but needs a complete renovation before it can be used again for the reception of guests. On an aesthetic level, the farmhouse follows the appearance of the rustic Tuscan buildings with exposed stone walls, wooden beams and terracotta floors. During the last renovation, recycled materials were used wherever possible, since it is also a listed building.
The restaurant can accommodate up to 100 guests inside, but in the summer it is possible to use the outdoor paved area to accommodate up to 50 additional guests.
The old barn (390 m², 16 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms) is divided on two floors and houses the remaining guest rooms, all with private bathrooms (nine on the ground floor, seven on the first floor).
