Each room has flat screen-TV, telephone, radio, mini-bar, air conditioning, kitchenette, and balcony or terrace.
Further building of a hotel (100-150 rooms) with an area of 7,000 m² is possible. There is a building permit.
Currently, the hotel is self-managed by the owner.
