The construction project and building permits have been approved by local authorities, for the realization of 20 buildings with panoramic views for a total of 83 properties with A energy class, for a total area of 4,436 sq. m. (3,733 sq. m. on the first floor + 703 sq. m. on the attic level), 948 sq. m. of storage area, 1062 sq. m. of balconies, gardens and patios, 92 garages and 5 open parking places, panoramic swimming pools, spa center and gym.
The terms for the construction are 6 months for preliminary works and 24 months for main works.
The lot is situated 700 m above sea level, while the lake is 300 m above sea level. The distance to the lake is 3 km, connected to the lot with an asphalt road. Within a walking distance, one can find a small historical town with all the necessary infrastructure – shops, pharmacies, medical centers. For its structure, the project can be considered similar to Ravello on the Amalfi Coast.
The permits are valid until the year 2022. All the projects for urban works have been already developed. The current project can still be modified according to the client’s requests.
