The farmhouse unfolds on two levels. On the ground floor, in addition to some warehouses, there is the entrance to the house, a spacious dining room with fireplace, equipped kitchen, the first bedroom and a service bathroom. Going upstairs you reach a large living room with fireplace, the relaxation area with TV, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The building was recently renovated to convert it into an accommodation business and a mix of original elements and modern finishes was chosen for the work to ensure maximum comfort for guests. The barn is also structured on two levels and is located next to the farmhouse. Downstairs are the dining room, the living room with satellite TV, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with private bathroom. This building was also recently renovated and still has wooden beams on the ceilings. The floors have been covered with ceramic in the living area and in the bathrooms, while the sleeping area is entirely paved with parquet. The old furnace, renovated but in a rough state of construction, could be completed to create other lodgings for guests. On the ground floor there would be the living area with kitchen, living room with porch, service bathroom and dining room. Upstairs, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two bedrooms with shared bathrooms. In the basement you can still see the furnace room, now converted into a cellar. The winemaking cellar houses the rooms for the processing of grapes, the cellar for aging and refinement in the bottle, a warehouse for the storage of the finished product and a shed for agricultural vehicles. Next to the cellar there is an annex currently used as a canteen for employees (26 sqm). The company covers an area of ​​149.0 hectares in its entirety. The main pillars of the company are the large vineyard (about 30.2 ha, mostly Chianti Classico DOCG) and the olive grove (4.6 ha) which allow it to produce excellent wines and excellent extra virgin olive oil. A large area of ​​arable land (about 26.7 ha) falls entirely within the Chianti Classico area and could be exploited for the planting of new vineyards that would support the existing ones. The rest of the estate is largely covered by coppice (about 80.4) whose cutting is favored by the presence of roads that run through the entire estate and make operations easier. All the remaining land (7.1 ha) is instead occupied by roads, uncultivated lands and land that cannot be used for agricultural purposes.
