In particular Vermentino, Cannonau, Cagnulari and Bovale. The winery focuses its activity on the production of high-end wines, obtained only from native vines and vinified in purity. Sub/acid soils, with a strong presence of quartzite, are the characteristics that give a marked minerality and distinct personality to the wines of the cellar. The company also makes use of a renowned international oenologist who has selected the Cantina's native yeasts through the best microbiology laboratories in France. The real estate part consists of a 160 m² cellar specially built in 2012, equipped with all the necessary machinery for the production and marketing activity, making it completely autonomous. The company has a production of 25,000/40000 bottles, with a production capacity of over 50,000 bottles, divided into Vermentino DOC, Cannonau Doc, Alghero Cagnulari Doc and Passito bianco IGT. The winery's production is mainly intended for the US, Swedish, British and Italian markets. The company perspectives are diverse and innumerable, having the possibility of expanding the existing buildings and building new ones, in order to develop the entire part dedicated to welcoming customers and tastings, as well as tourist reception.
