The house of medieval origin consists of three levels with a total area of 462 m².
Church and rectory covering with a total area of 307 m², are classified as historic buildings by the Department of Architectural Heritage.
The former priest house has been transformed into an apartment. An office, a wine cellar, technical rooms are on the floor below the apartment.
The wine cellar with tasting room are spread over 577 m².
There are water deposits on the territory of the estate.
There is a caretaker's accommodation of 145 m² in front of the villa.
Other buildings:
Building 1: 85 m² are used as a warehouse for bottled wine. On the first floor there is an apartment of 40 m², renovated in 2006.
Building 2: farmhouse of 480 m². On the ground floor, there is a warehouse, on the first floor, there is an apartment of 150 m².
Building 3: 250m² are used as olive pro, 230 m² are for warehouses.
Building 4: farmhouse of 430 m². On the ground floor, there are warehouses and technical rooms. On the first floor, there are apartments renovated in 2006.

The estate covers an area of 310 ha, of which 12.77 ha of vineyards in production, 3.31 ha of vineyard removed but possible to replant, olive grove of 7.35 ha (approximately 2000 plants), arable land for 45 ha, 210 ha of woods.
There is about 20 ha of other surfaces of land pertaining to buildings and service roads. Much of the land is also a hunting reserve.
