Description
The plot area is 85 hectares, which include:
- 16.5 hectares of vineyards DOC
- 5 hectares of olive grove
- 3.5 hectares of arable land
- 54 hectares of forest
Such grape varieties as Montepulciano and Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet grow on this land. The density of plantations is 5,400 plants per hectare.
There is a winery, which currently produces about 120,000 bottles of wine per year, in the territory of the property.
There is also a historical mansion of 250 m², consisting of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a small outbuilding.
The building is surrounded by a garden with a pool and lavender and rose bushes.
The vineyard is located in the province of Terni in a town with a population of more than 20 thousand people. It is a quiet region with a rich and fascinating history, which left a mark not only in its looks, but also in traditions. There were Roman and Etruscan villages here, and now there are villas and castles, village farms and estates, surrounded by beautiful nature.
