Residential building on the 20/22 Jekaba Street was built in 1898 by architect Alfred Pilemanis. At the moment the building is located on the city’s monument territory of national significance ”Riga's historical city center” and is part of the World Cultural Heritage of UNESCO. The residential building’s location close to the Latvian Parliament, and a gorgeous view to the park from the windows of the building and this is what allows you to save high consumer cost of the building, regardless of the cause and an active interest of Tenant to the premises of the building. In 2004 the six floor building was completely renovated.
