Project on the waterfront in Tivat Bay

The property is located on the promenade in Tivat. Has a building permit for the reconstruction and construction of commercial and residential building with a total area of 273 m². The first stage – reconstruction of outbuilding of 55 m² was performed and transformed into a bakery with HACCP standards.
