Apart-hotel near Velika Plaza in Ulcinj

Apart hotel consists of 2-buildings each building 5 floors, 905 m². In total for 2 buildings 1810 m². It will be consisted of 28–30 apartments size from 45-53 m². All apartments will be equipped with ceramic tiles, parquet flooring, termo equipped aluminium windows and much more, respecting all modern standards of construction. Buildings will be fully equipped with elevator, anti fire system, swimming pool, outside parking place reserved for each apartment, play ground for the kids and all this will be in service to owners exlusively. Current situation: first phase/first building is under construction. About 85% of work is finished with deadline to be finished July 2017.
