The complex with a total area of 25,433 m² is divided into three zones:
- Hotel: 198 rooms with panoramic views;
- Spa: saunas, 4 swimming pools, jacuzzi;
- Medical center with license.
The hotel has been suspended since 2012. Currently, a complete renovation of the complex is underway, with an attention to the Wellness and Medical segments. After the reconstruction, the total area of the buildings will be 26,639 m² due to an increase of 10% (the construction of several hotel villas on the territory).
