SKY LINE DUQM

SKY LINE DUQM LLC was founded by renowned businessman Pradipkumar Nair, a developer of unique, high-end residential and commercial properties around the world. The construction of the SKY LINE DUQM project in Oman was announced on 7 December 2017. The project covers an area of 600,000 square metres and includes residential, commercial and leisure facilities.

The project offers various housing options including apartments and villas. The flats are available at prices starting from $70,000, making them affordable for different categories of buyers. The complex is focused on creating a comfortable environment for living and recreation. The project includes private beaches, swimming pools, sports fields and recreation areas, making it attractive to both locals and tourists. Construction is taking place in phases, with the resort completed in September 2018 and the apartments completed in early 2019. The entire complex is scheduled to be completed within 15 years.
