This Hotel has 7 bedrooms each with outgoing telephone lines, internet, satellite TV, mini-bar and hydro-shower. They are furnished in different styles, ranging from French to Lombardy ones, and they have been embellished with antiques chosen carefully over the years by the owners. A large, elegant and comfortable breakfast room with corner bar. The outdoor area is well-tended, its night lighting creates a suggestive atmosphere, car park for guests. The Hotel is perfectly in line with all the necessary rules and regulations governing this sector, as it is already a working business, and therefore offers the advantage of being able to start working immediately.
With the idea in mind of further developing the hotel's services, a 150 sq. mt. building has wisely been added to the property; standing at the back of the villa, it works independently of the Hotel and can be used for receptions, business meetings, catering services. Large, external, paved area, useful for outdoor cocktails as well as a 5-car parking area.

The hotel stands in the heart of a small town near Pavia and close to the famous'Certosa di Pavia';
