Description
8 hectares of land are used as a vineyard for the production of DOC wine with a potential capacity of about 100,000 bottles per year.
Another 7 hectares are occupied by forest.
On the territory of the residence there is a villa built in the XVI century, which can be used as a hotel for 10–15 rooms.
There are a hall, a reception, an exhibition area, a lounge-zone, a restaurant, a conference hall and a tasting room on the ground floor of the building.
The vineyard is located in the historic city of Padua in the north of Italy. Padua is located on the eastern outskirts of the Padanskaya Plain in 10 km to the north from the Euganean Hills and in 20 km to west from the Venetian Lagoon.
Padua is surrounded by medieval buildings, which are a feature and sights of the city.
